Our Women’s Consignment Sale works differently than our other sales.  Please read this information carefully.
· We will accept very gently used or new women’s clothing, handbags, and accessories in CURRENT styles.

·For our upcoming sale, we will accept clothing for Fall & Winter only.

·We accept petite to plus sizes of women’s clothing, including maternity wear.

· You may consign up to 100 items.

· Consignors will earn 60% of their sales less a $10 consignor fee.

Workers who complete at least one three-hour shift, will earn 65% of their sales.  Work shifts are limited so sign up early.

·Consignors must use the online tagging system.  Handwritten tags will not be accepted.

All clothing must be on hangers with the hook opening to the left (like a ?).  Please do NOT pin clothing to the hangers.

·Workers and consignors will be given a pass to our preview sale.

·
Fitting rooms and mirrors will be available for shoppers to use to try on clothing.  Please attach tags in a way that allows for the garment to be removed from the hanger and tried on.

The deadline for entering items into your inventory is Sunday October 9 at 10:00 p.m.  After that time you will still be able to print tags, but you will not be able to add or make changes to your inventory.

Drop-off
Please schedule an appointment to drop off your items.  Log in to your seller's account and click on Check-In.

When you come to drop off your items, please bring:
     1) your tagged sale items
     2) your completed inventory sheets
     3) a self-addressed stamped envelope
     4) your signed consignor agreement

Workers will collect your paperwork, check-in your items, and help you distribute your items to the designated sales areas.  You will be given a pass to our consignor preview sale so you may shop before the public.   Sign up as a worker if you want to shop even earlier!

Donating Items
Thank you for the items you donate!  Items marked "Donate" are given to local charities who benefit from your generosity.

Again this sale, we will hold a Worker Appreciation Sale for workers only.  Volunteers will be able to purchase items marked "Donate: Yes" for 75% off.
(Items marked "No" for donation, will not be sold for 75% off, but will be available for sale during the Worker Appreciation Sale).
This is one way to encourage workers participation (which makes the sale more successful for everyone) and as a seller, you make a little money on the item.

Pick-up
You may pick up your items during the scheduled time following the sale.  Please do not come early because we need time to sort items for each consignor.
After that time all merchandise becomes the property of The Clothesline.  Most items are donated to local charities.

Busy Mom Services
If you are interested in consigning, but do not have time to prepare and tag your items, let us do it for you!  We will get your items ready for the sale and deliver them to the sale for you.  You receive 30% of your sales!  The deadline for this service is 10 days prior to the sale drop-off day.  Spaces are limited, so register early.

If you want us to pick your items up (tagged by you OR for us to tag), there is a flat fee of $20 for that service.

There are a limited number of spaces for these special services, so contact us to schedule as soon as possible.  Click on the
Busy Mom Services link for more detailed information.
