To access your seller's account (to register to volunteer, enter items, print tags, etc.) for the Women's Sale, click here.  
Our Women’s Consignment Sale works differently than our other sales.  Please read this information carefully. 
· We will accept very gently used or new women’s clothing, handbags, and accessories in CURRENT styles.

·For our upcoming sale, we will accept Fall and Winter clothing only.

·We accept petite to plus sizes of women’s clothing, including maternity wear. 

· You may consign up to 100 items.

· Consignors will earn 60% of their sales less a $10 consignor fee. 

Volunteers who complete at least one three-hour shift, will earn 65% of their sales.  Volunteer spaces are limited so sign up early.

·Consignors must use the online tagging system.  Handwritten tags will not be accepted.


    All clothing must be on hangers with the hook opening to the left (like a ?).

·Volunteers and consignors will be given a pass to our preview sale.

·
Fitting rooms and mirrors will be available for shoppers to use to try on clothing.  Please attach tags in a way that allows for the garment to be removed from the hanger and tried on.

You may consign:

·         Shirts, blouses, sweaters, pants, skirts, & dresses

·         Professional clothing including suits (skirt & pant suits), jackets, & blazers

·         Maternity clothing

·         Formal wear including cocktail dresses and special occasion dresses

·         Outerwear

·         Active wear including exercise clothing such as yoga pants & tennis skirts

·         Accessories such as hats, belts, scarves, and jewelry

·         Shoes (must look new)

·         Handbags

Keep in mind that shoppers are looking for quality items in current styles and brands. 

 

We will not accept:

·         Undergarments

·         Out-of-season clothing

·         Stained, torn, or items with excessive wear

·         Out-of-date items

For you especially energetic volunteers that work beyond the 3 shifts, you will receive one $10 gift certificate for each additional three-hour shift. 

Please note, we offer some 6-hour shifts (double shifts).  These count the same as if you did two 3-hour shifts separately.  These are just times it is especially helpful to have some volunteers staying through two shifts.


If you are a registered consignor, you may register as a volunteer through your seller's page.  Just log on and scroll down to the Volunteer link.  Click and you will see the list of available shifts.  You can sign up for your first choice of shifts.

We also welcome volunteers who are NOT consignors!  To register, just look at the shifts below and send an e-mail with your first and second choice of shifts.  We will respond to your e-mail and are usually able to give people their shift of choice.

The deadline for entering items into the online system for the Women's Sale is Monday November 15, 2010 at 7:00 A.M.   After that you will still be able to print tags, but you will not be able to add any additional items.

Printing your tags
(you do NOT need a print code)
You may print your tags in batches as you go, or all at once.  The system saves your information automatically.
From our website (
www.TheClothesline.biz) click here.  This will get you to the page where the Women's Sale is listed.  Click on the sale name.  Then scroll down to Login - enter your user name & password.  Go to Print Tags.  Then go to Generate Items List.  You will then see your inventory list.  Check the items for the tags you want to print.  There will then be a link to download the file that has your tags.  It's simple!

Please print your tags on white cardstock.  Full reams of paper may be purchased at office supply stores, or you may buy it by the sheet at FedEx Kinkos.  The tags will print 8 to a page.
